A: Quality Talks is April 21 (Wednesday) from 10am to 4pm ET.

Q: How can I watch Quality Talks 2021?

A: Access to Quality Talks 2021 livestream and recording require registration. Each registration is good for a single access to the livestream on April 21, access to the mobile app that allows you to participate in polling, Q&A, games and interact with other attendees. Your registration also includes access to the recording of the event for 6 months, until October 21.

Q: I want to attend Quality Talks with my colleagues, can I share my registration/access with them?

A: Each individual registration allows a single access to the livestream. To attend Quality Talks with your colleagues, you can consider the following:

Group Discounts: Register 3 or more attendees in a single transaction to receive 10% off for all attendees in your group. Register 5 or more attendees in a single transaction to receive a 20% off for all attendees in your group. No discount code is needed as discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Group discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

Enterprise Basic: up to 20 individual registrations in your organization

Enterprise Premium: unlimited registrations in your organization

Q: Do I need to have the names and contact info of my colleagues when I register for Enterprise Basic or Enterprise Premium?

A: No, once your registration of Enterprise Basic or Enterprise Premium is confirmed, we will send you a voucher code that you can share with your colleagues. With the code, they will be register individually at no additional cost.

Q: I’m registered but my plans have changed and I can’t attend on April 21. What can I do?

Your registration includes access to the recording until October 21 if you cannot join us live. Alternatively, you can transfer your registration to a colleague before April 21 by contacting us at qualitytalks@ncqa.org.

Q: Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?

A: Registrations cancelled by March 31 will receive a partial refund. A cancellation fee of $75 will be charged for each individual registration and $150 will be charged for Enterprise Basic and Enterprise Premium registrations.

Q: Do I need to install any software to view the livestream?

A: No, all you need is a registration and a current web browser. To participate in polling, Q&A, games and interact with other attendees, you will need to download the event mobile app, available free of charge in your app store in April.

Q: Do I get any education credits from attending Quality Talks?

A: PCMH Certified Content Experts (CCEs) who register for and attend Quality Talks receive 4 elective points towards maintenance of certification (MOC). CCEs must register for Quality Talks using the email address associated with their CEC Candidate ID number. Credits will automatically post in My CEC within two weeks of the event.

Q: When will the event schedule be available?

A: We are working on the event schedule and it will be available in February.
